2- Happiness in a Storm

Based on her book, Happiness in a Storm, Facing Illness & Embracing Life as a Healthy Survivor, Wendy S. Harpham, M.D. gives practical, inspirational, and scientifically backed advice for patients suffering from cancer, heart disease, diabetes, migraines, or any other chronic illness.  Her positive outlook in the face of illness has aided many of her patients in becoming “Healthy Survivors.”  Get her book on Amazon.

The home page for Happiness magazine, this site features lots of happiness-inducing tidbits, such as happiness tips, poems, funny pics, and advice on feeling healthy.  Order yourself a subscription at their Happiness.com site.

7- 1000 Awesome Things

Ever have a hard time just thinking of one thing to feel good about?  Well, in his site, author Neil Pasricha shares his 1,000 favorite things in the universe, ending with broccoflower as #1,000.  Don’t have time to read them all at your computer?  Get his two books, The Book of Awesome, and The Book of Even More Awesome at Walmart.
